Breakfast: Shredded wheat with yogurt.
Lunch: 1 bread roll with cheese and salami.
Tea: Chicken salad.
I still need to go for a run later. MUST DO IT!
I bought the Get Running iphone app after hearing positive reviews of it. I am hoping it is helpful in encouraging me on my runs and helps me to get fitter as I go. I am very much still lacking motivation but I am going to go out later and try the app so fingers crossed it helps.
